Taking checks from your Cartman shopping cart is easy!  Simply apply for a Pay by Check account at paybycheck.com and add your new Pay by Check account number in the options section of the Cartman Shopping Cart Manager. Once completed you can take any check electronically at the time of check out. Not only is it easy, but it's cost effective. Taking a check online can cost significantly less than a charge card.  Pay by Check charges around $1.00 per transaction.  Pay by Check does not charge a monthly minimum or statement fee.

Here's how Pay by Check works...

• You choose to activate the Pay by Check feature in the Cartman Manager.
• Upon checkout the customer is presented with a form that looks just like a check and then asked to fill it out.
• Once the sale is completed, The customer is then presented with a transaction complete page..
• The banking information is verified (if you have Pay by Check Plus).
• The customer address is verified (if you have Pay by Check Plus).
• Pay by Check constructs a check on your  customer's behalf or Pay by Check can transfer the funds to you electronically.
• You are invoiced monthly for transaction fees. See the schedule above.
• You pay this invoice via our PayByCheck.
• Transaction fees are per transaction and do not have a percentile of sale attached.
• There is no amount maximum for PayByCheck  transactions.
• Transactions are processed within moments including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
