All of our website packages are hosted on continuously monitored, dual pentium machines which are frequently updated to include the latest processors and plenty of ram. The operating system is a customized version of Linux RedHat (Linux is one of several variants of the Unix operating system) with the renowned Apache web server. Please note, that all our packages CAN be set up as http://www.YourName.com however, there is an additional charge for domain name registration for new domain names. (No charge for transfers) Although InterNIC Charges $70.00 for the first two years, and $35.00 per year thereafter. (Prices current as of 1-05-2000) bcs is proud to offer this service for only $25.00 per year! We will handle all the annoying paperwork and registration forms for you and in most cases, have your new domain name working within 24 hours of your order. If you are transferring a domain name to us from another hosting company, we'll submit your transfer request to InterNIC ourselves at no charge, to save you the hassle!
